An owner from Dover has been jailed after his dog left a woman wounded following an aggressive attack last year.
Micheal Hook, 30, from Crabble Hill was sentenced to 30 months imprisonment after using his dog to cause injury to the woman.
The woman was left wounded when she was bit by Micheal’s pet Pitbull, the attack happened straight after she had been robbed of cash
and medication from another accomplice, Louise Dunphy.
The victim was left with permanent scars after the attack.
Dunphy admitted to theft and assault and Micheal pleaded guilty to using a dog to cause injury and assault.
