5 Fitness Classes Canterbury Has To Offer

• British Military Fitness Canterbury

This is one of the UK’s biggest outdoor fitness classes has come to Canterbury. Why be stuck in a boring gym when you can go to a session led by members of the armed forces.

After winning their first competition this year and gaining two awards at the Sports Federation Awards 2018, pole fitness are the society to be joining in September. Team member, Abbie, said,

“We are a unisex club that makes our members, particularly the women on our team feel empowered by being part of a such a large sports team that currently has over 100 members.”

You can join by visiting their Freshers Fayre stall in September. This sports team stands out as you’re not required to trial before joining, so everyone is welcome!

 

Student’s from all years are welcome and should definitely consider this society to keep fit.

• Fit Girl Factory

For all the women out for looking for the perfect summer bod this is the fitness class for you.
This female-only group aims to ‘to get women working out, eating right, feeling great and loving life.’

They offer personal training, group classes, stretch therapy, yoga massages and more in their Canterbury studio.

• Buggyfit Canterbury and Faversham

There really is an exercise class catered for everyone. These sessions allow mumsto exercise with no baby sitter required.

This is perfect for new mums and mums on the go that want to stay fit but can’t find time for the gym.

 

• University Sports Centre Exercise Classes

Students at CCCU are able to join a gym right here at Uni. The Sports Centre gym holds classes every day of the week to fit around students schedules.
