Whose Hoo Festival coming to Gravesham
This Saturday spend a free day out with the family celebrating Gravesham’s local heritage at the Whose Hoo Festival.
The festival is taking place on Saturday, May 13 between 10am and 4pm to bring together local artists, performers, and community partners to showcase their work.
Located at the Slough Fort in Allhallows, there’s something for everyone.

It will include art installations including the Filaments Art Collective which is made up of five professional Kent based artists.
There will also be performances from the RiverVoice Community Choir and the Medway Indian Dance Group.
The day also includes arts and crafts activities, a guided tour around the fort and an area to bring your own picnic and watch the live entertainment.
Whose Hoo will also provide complimentary hot drinks, refreshments and snacks as well as free parking.
To accompany the festival, there are a range of other activities happening over this weekend to participate in from Hoo Sounds, a dawn chorus walk to sailing trips aboard the historic Thames Sailing Barge Edith May.
