Arrests after cars stolen in Canterbury
Two suspected thieves have been arrested following a report that a car had been stolen from the St Stephen’s Road area of Canterbury.
Kent Police was contacted shortly after 8.30am this morning.
It was then reported shortly after, that the missing vehicle had collided with another car on Sturry Road.
The car was found abandoned in the same area.

Inquiries established descriptions of two people believed to be involved and a man and a woman were arrested in the city centre less than an hour later.
The two people remain in custody while inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the theft and the collision, are ongoing.
