Firefighters called to smoke-filled basement in Broadstairs

Kent Fire and rescue was called to a fire at the Parade, Broadstairs.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to find smoke had travelled from the basement into a ground floor flat.
The cause is believed to have been from a refrigerator leak.
The owner was advised to seek further advice
