Understandably, you won’t just magically stop eating foods you have been eating your whole life within a few days. However, if you start eating fruits and veggies daily, your body will start getting used to them to the point where it will not seem like a chore, or something you must do. There are lots of fruits which benefit health and boost weight loss;
- Grapefruit – Grapefruit is very low in calories and high in vitamins A and C.
- Apples – Apples are low in calories, high in fibre, and very filling. This will help you to lose weight.
- Berries – Berries are low in calories and contain many important vitamins.

- Melons – Melons are very low in calories and have a high-water content.
Also, including foods such as salmon, boiled potatoes, chicken breasts, tuna, soups and nuts in your diet is essential for losing weight.
Yes, once all of that is out the way, exercising is a must. Though, you don’t have to go all out (you can if you want to) simple workouts will help you stay fit, and lose weight faster. Try to fit in your workouts as much as you can. Even if you work out for twenty minutes a day, you will start noticing the difference.

Drinking water has many benefits for your body. It will boost your energy levels, and help you get through your workouts longer which will burn calories. Water will make you feel less hungry, as it will take up the space in your stomach. Also, drinking water will improve not only your body, but your skin as well. It will clear acne, slow down aging, reduces itchiness and puffiness, and so much more. The best tip is to make sure you will drink as much as possible, therefore, always keep a water bottle by your side. Once you feel a bit of hunger, drink before you have a snack. This will make you eat less. So, there is literally no reason not to drink water with all these benefits it provides.
5. Last but not least, reward yourself
Sticking to a diet, for a longer period of time can be exhausting. Therefore, rewarding yourself with a cheat meal will not only make you feel better, but will motivate you to carry on. You can do this once a week, a day of your choice. For example, if you decide every Saturday will be your cheat day, you can eat whatever meal you feel like that day. However, that does not mean you can eat everything and anything for the whole day long. This will only throw your entire diet, and hard work out of the window.
