It happened on 30 January 2016 and the trouble is still being investigated by police.

Shaun Grimsley was arrested on Thursday 5 January. He has been bailed and will attend Folkestone Magistrates Court on Wednesday 8 February.

Detective Inspector Bill Thornton, from Kent Police, said:

‘We are continuing to work tirelessly to identify suspects for offences committed before and during the demonstrations in Dover.

`This latest charge shows that we work closely with police forces across the UK to make sure these arrests are made.
