Ramsgate robbery

Police are calling for witnesses after a robbery in Ramsgate.

The victim, a woman in her 50s, was walking down an alleyway between Guildford Lawn and Cannon Road in Ramsgate when her bag was grabbed from her shoulder, causing the victim to fall to the ground.

Items such as banks cards and an electronic tablet were taken.

Two people were seen running down the alley towards Guildford Lawn. They are described as teenage boys, who are both short and have slight builds.

The victim described one offender as wearing a dark-coloured hooded top, with the hood up and a white trim around the hood. He also had dark trousers and white trainers.

The incident took place at around 6pm on Wednesday 25 January.
