Crash on A2 London-bound causes closure
A collision involving two motorcycles and a car has caused the A2 to be closed London-bound.
The route is shut between junction 2 for the M25 and the A2018, Dartford.
The incident happened just after 8am, with police still at the scene.

Traffic is being diverted and National Highways bosses are urging motorists to allow extra time for their journey.
“Plan ahead, you may wish to re-route or even delay your journey,” they said.
In a post on X from National Highways, bosses have described the incident as “very serious”.
@KentPoliceRoads are in charge at present as this is a very serious incident so we cannot advise you when it will reopen as they are carrying out investigation works.

The collision was expected to clear up by 11:15am, however, officers remain on scene carrying out investigation work. It is not known when the route could reopen.
Paramedics were also called to the incident.
