The accident occurred on the A299 coast-bound near Boughton Under Blean just after 9am.
Two fire engines attended and crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove a car door and free the woman trapped inside the vehicle.
It is the second time in two days that Kent fire fighters have had to cut someone free following a traffic collision.
