A28 was partially closed after crash on Canterbury Road in Chilham
Emergency services were called to a crash on Thursday morning involving three vehicles on the A28 Canterbury Road in Chilham. The collision happened near the A252 just before 8am.
Kent County Council’s Highways team advised drivers to approach the scene with caution and to expect delays with congestion in both directions.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in the collision, which stopped traffic at the junction with Shalmsford Street.
Closer to Canterbury, there was a second crash coming into Chartham Hatch.
The collision just after the junction with the A28 is believed to have involved a bus and a car.
It is not yet known if anybody has been injured from the collision.
Traffic is starting to return back to normal.
