Man arrested for suspected burglary

A 20-year-old man has been arrested following a suspected burglary at a shop in Tunbridge Wells on Friday.

Kent Police were called at 4.27am to a newsagent in Camden Road following reports of a break-in, where cash, cigarettes, and alcohol are reported to have been stolen.

Officers arrived at the scene and arrested the man nearby.

A search for a second man was carried out, who currently remains outstanding.
