The road to Wembley began in February where Palace Wood conquered a strong Coxheath Primary school side in the final of The Stones Community Trust’s Under 11 Girls’ Mini World Cup.
They then went on to finish as runners up in the south-east tournament, before beating Bromley and using extra time to get past Southend United to finish as the south champions.
Palace Wood will look to repeat the success of Allington Primary School who claimed the National League Trust U11 Girls’ Cup for Maidstone United with their success in the finals last July.
