Image generated of man wanted by police for questioning

Kent Police have sent out a computer generated image of a man that they wish to speak to over an incident in Dover.

At around 4pm, November 19, it was reported that a man spoke to a girl in Tower Hamlets Road.

A relative of the girl, that was nearby, confronted the man who she felt was trying to usher the girl towards a car. All three then left the area.
