Attempted robbery in Westgate-on-Sea

Kent Police are appealing for information after an attempted robbery on Westgate-on-Sea.

After two men approached a woman on Egbert Road on 15th November at 9:30 pm.

The men demanded that she give them her belongings, although she had nothing the suspects then pulled her hair before searching her pockets.

The first suspect is  was 5 ft 8 cm with blue eyes, he had a dark scarf over his face, was wearing a dark coat with the hood up and blue jeans

The second suspect was 5ft 9 cm inches and wore black trousers, hooded top with the hood up, and a scarf covering his face. He also had on Black and white trainers.

Officers are wanting to speak to anyone who has any information regarding the situation or has any private CCTV or Dashcam footage that could help with the investigation.
