Speaker of the House of Commons talks at CCCU library

John Bercow will discuss how modern day parliament is run and is talking about future plans for the House of Commons.

John Bercow was elected 157th Speaker of the House of Commons in 2009 and subsequently re-elected in 2010, 2015 and 2017.

He has served as MP for Buckingham for 20 years.

The talk is hosted at Augustine House, Canterbury at 18:00 this evening. All tickets are sold out.
