Ashford International Hotel to be sold by owners

Ashford International, a large hotel which is part of the QHotel chain is looking to be sold in the near future. The popular destination on Simone Weil Avenue has found struggles alongside the COVID-19 crisis.

The lack of business has put the chain of hotels in jeopardy, leaving the owner, Aprirose, to sell to survive. Aprirose bought QHotel in 2017 for over £500 million. An attempt to rebrand failed as the health crisis struck the country.

There is a market for the hotel. It is is in excellent location with surrounding external facilities available to customers for easy access. Buyers would need to purchase the chain as a whole, more than likely.
